Emily Gregory is a mom of three, a small business owner, a public health professional, and a military spouse who has spent her career serving families in Palm Beach County. As the founder of FIT4MOM Palm Beach, she has built a community supporting moms through pregnancy and early motherhood, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face every day.

Emily is running for reelection to the State House because Florida has become too expensive for the people who live and work here. Like so many families, she has felt the strain of rising costs, from groceries and gas to housing and insurance, and has seen how hard people are working just to keep up. Through her work in public health and in her community, she’s met families doing everything right but still struggling to get ahead.

She’s running for reelection to take on the affordability crisis head-on, to lower costs, fix the property insurance system, strengthen public schools, and make sure Florida is a place where families can build a future again. Emily believes in practical, people-first leadership that puts working families over politics and delivers real results for the community she calls home.
